 As the Thanksgiving holiday approaches, our thoughts begin to focus on gathering together with loved ones over a sumptuous meal, or shopping for gifts, and Christmas preparations, and the joyful holiday season...
But...
Those of us at Hope Charitable Services know that these next several months as the weather grows cooler... then colder, most of the families we serve may not see this season as a joyful time. Families in poverty, and those living on the streets experience the hardships and worry of basic survival. That's why over the next several weeks, we prepare. We prepare with Blanket and Coat Drives... we prepare with Hot Meals...we prepare with gathering clothing and shoes for children... and groceries! Food given weekly to families in need.
We need your help! Your generous donations help US to help THEM. Every Tuesday is Giving Tuesday at Hope Charitable Services when we prepare hot meals and distribute groceries, but November 29th will be nationally recognized as #GivingTuesday this year. As the Thanksgiving holiday approaches, we hope that you will remember Hope Charitable Services as your ministry of choice for your giving.
